over heating

i had a leak in my radiator 2 years ago so i replaced. ever since then when i am in stop and go traffic with a/c on my truck over heats. h ave replaced the themo , fan belt , and the water pump. nothing has made a difference. you think its the radiator or fan?

Sounds like a fan clutch problem.

i cant get the clutch fan off ? the bolt wont break loose! any info

ugh never mind i got i off. a rented so stupid pice of metal to help me get the fan off but it should have had holes to i can screw the bolts on to instead of just resting on them for support.
