As long as there's money in treatment. These companies will make money, and claim to so called strives.

Had a discussion about that sorta thing when I was in highschool.
Was about what the world is coming to. Like you said, what if the doctors and these pharmaceutical companies would supress any possible "cure" for cancer & or AIDs, because they make to much $$$ off treatment???? (world revolves around $$$) would it take a widespread global epidemic that threatens our very existance for a cure to be found? like the bubonic plague??

Hell, that could be whats happening right now.
Makes ya wonder what we really dont know!

Well, I'm actually actively involved in the research to find cures and treatments for Cancer, and from what I've seen no one is trying to hold back information on a cure. People (Really damn smart people, good people) are knocking their heads into the wall trying to figure out a cure for this. Yes there is a lot of money being spent on it, but there are people who have dedicated their lives and careers to find a final solution to cancer. Simply put it's just not an easy solution. What seems to work in a mouse can actually kill a human (If you didn't hear about the drug trial that nearly killed 6 healthy young men and left all of them to most likely die before they reach 30 from anything from cancer to a cold read this http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,8122-2291800.html). Researchers want to find a cure for cancer, but it's not an easy task, really.

I understand that, not saying there arn't good people dedicated to finding a cure.

Just saying what if it came to that, or what if in an isolated case, it happened already.
