Take a closer look. The carb is identified as well as the manifold and the lines going to it.

I replaced the drivers side fender "after" getting the truck back with the damaged fender removed. The replacement fender has a damaged vacuum line coming out of a cannister from within the fender panel. I believe I have found the proper connection to this, a vacuum connector near the brake fluid reservoir. What does this do and is it required? The vacuum line is actually broken at the cannister and it should be replaced. I have secured it with hot melt glue as a temporary fix and things seem to run fine. The cannister seems to act like an m/t bottle so that back pressure can build up. But I noticed that my replacement hose (clear PVC) has collapsed as well...Thanx for any info on this !

Kid
