OK all fixed now!!! Easy really Mike. If you have a pic, size it to 6k or lower. Go to your profile and click change avatar. You'll get a message for URL or from your comp with a drop down box. Drop down the box, locate it on your comp and hit save on the profile page. I resized this one to 6.9K, it is OK now??
