With the key on, jumper pin "A" to "H" on the diagnostic connector. Count the flashes of the abs lamp and that's the code number. That'll tell us where the problem lies.

Hmmm......
I'm guessing you have 4-wheel anti-lock brakes. That'll be the big 'ol thing on the drivers inner fender with all the pipes going to it. If so, that means you have a VCM (as opposed to a PCM/ECM) mounted on the passenger inner fender. If so, you need a scanner to read the codes and diagnose the problem. It being the weird set-up it is, you may have to lie to the scanner and input a 95 or 96 model year to get it to read the codes.
Deal is, you may have one of the very few (man. trans. only in 94) with the early version of OBD2, commonly called OBD 1.5 (erroneously).
Now, if all you have is a small thin box mounted below the master cylinder with 8-10 wires going to it, ignore all the above as you only have RWAL. If so, we'll go from there.

Yes i do have 4 wheel anti-lock.so you are saying that is rare for 1994 ? and i appreciate your time on this matter. or haveing a manual 4.3 with 4 wheel anti-lock was a rare and i need to treat it like a 95?

1994 was the first year GM mass-produced vehicles with a VCM (read OBD2). They did it on models with low sales figures (such as a 94 S w/man. trans) just in case there was a field problem they hadn't detected. With a non-GM scanner, when you input what year it is, sometimes you have to input 95 or 96 to get it to read. Reason is, a lot of scanners won't recognize ODB2 if you input 94.
The 4WABS is not rare, the combination with a manual trans. makes it rare (comparatively). Don't sweat it, just be ready to lie to the scanner when diagnosing with a non-GM scanner.
