hey i have been lookin at the trucks of the month section and have seen the i think...zq8 rims whats up with them I really like them where could I get some and how much would they be? they look real sharp on our s-10's

Yea they do look good, but, as far as i know, they only come in the 16x8 size

ya i think that the true ZQ is 16x8. But as for your comment on them looking good on our trucks is because they came on our truck, look on ebay or go to the dealer. they can probably get them for you. Any one that knows what they are will not let them go cheap though. it sucks cause i want some for winter wheels and drag radial wheels, but dont have 400+ to spend on them

I didnt know they came stock on our trucks but yea they def look good chevy did somthing right lol! what size tire would go on them to look the best?
and what trucks did they come on? were they an option that u could buy from the factory on a basic s-10? or did you have to buy the fully upgraded truck? the rims i have on mine are the stockers and i dont really like them i see them on trucks all over the place s-10's blazers ect...

The only thing that you had too get was the ZQ8 package. I think that also meant LS trim, but you could get a 4 banger 5 speed. You didn't have to get all the power accessories. My truck is an LS trim ZQ8, 4.3 auto, 3.42 locking rear, manual windows and locks. As far as tire size, I run 245/50/16 and I think they look just right. Also, the 5 spoke wheels were on the 01 or 02 and up I think.

There are 2 types of zq8 rims. One set looks like xtreme rims. Some of you will say there is more. That is because of the different center caps(Chevy and GMC) and for the xtreme rims the paint scheme, gold being one of them.

My 03 Is the 4.3 auto ls with power windows locks alarm the wheels are the ones u see on all of the s-10's and blazers i am not sure how to explain them but they are alloys

the wheels don't really relate to the options in the cab, they relate to the suspension options. zq8 is the performance suspension. different springs, sway bars, frame brace, shocks, steering box, and of course the wheels. you can get the zq8 suspension with all options or just a strip down truck. if you get the extreme then you get the zq8 suspension but with different wheels-Still 16x8, and a body kit.
furthermore, their are 2 types of zq8 wheels not counting the extreme wheels. the newer style(5 spokes with smooth finish) started in 01' and used through 05'. the older ones (5 spokes with slots in them, flat faced, like the iroc camaro) started around 98' i think??? and went through 00'. there are sets of 4 new style on ebay going for $595 shipped.
