what is the difference of it to the basic suspension and how would i find out if i have it?

If you have it, it will be in on the sticker in the glove compartment. The difference is, 16 inch wheels, quicker ratio steering, lower stiffer springs(front and back), bigger sway bars(front and back), and bilstein shocks.

not only them normal s-10 could have it too

youre truck will be approx. 2 inch lower than a regular s-10

indigo s-10 forgot to mention that you alos have a 3rd shock in the rear its on the passenger side they call it a vibration damper at the dealer

The newer ZQ's and Xtremes didn't have a hop shock, unless you got a V6 5spd. You can put some $10 leaf spring clamps on to eliminate the wheel hop if yours doesn't have one though.
