follow up x question

what suggestments are there for aligning my truck after the spindles are installed?
i figured i would have to remove the front ground effects for an ailgnment shop to align the truck.
what other items would good to do besides ball joints should i change?
what places are there to purchse these?

Leave your air dam on, they shouldn't need to remove it. I wouldn't touch anything else, unless it's broken or on it's way out. Don't unscrew to tie-rod ends from the steering linkages... if you don't move them you'll have a better chance of being in the same alignment after you're all finished. Local parts stores should carry your ball joints.. if not look online.. summit has them. If you have to cross-reference them, 2wd S trucks are the same as '79-'86 G bodies.
