Question on the Transfer case

One question, if anyone remotely knows the answer...

Are the 4x4 transer cases on the s-10's the same as the ones on the fullsizes?

most of the time no, what year are you looking at, the s-10 case will bolt up becasue they both use the same tranny. If you can tell me the year of the trucks i can help you out better

well, it was moreso of a brainstrom, take say like a 1991-1994 4x4 shortbox v8 auto, swap out the transfer case for an awd case, and drop a 454 in there. Kinda like a "Super Syclone" if you would..

it could be done the case will bolt right up to the fullsize tranny as long as they are both 4L60's the only worry that i would have is can a Syclone transfer case stand up to a big block? you also might want to look into what case the fullsize awds use
