About 3 or 4 months ago i put new drum brakes on my 96 s-10. For a while the tire kept locking up on the back passenger side, and it was because i had my brothers spare tire on it off of his 2000 blazer extreme. The center distance of the rim was just a litttttttle bit off and threw off the braking and made it squeak real bad but i got a brand new set of tires and it was still doing it. Usually the back tires will lock up with i hit the brakes when im going down a hill or if you tap the brakes just right both back tires just lock up and skid. It used to do it going about 45 you could tap the brakes right and tires would lock and just skid. Now, i know your thinking "well the brakes are tightened up too much jackass" and yes, i have the spring adjuster kit set at 3 i believe, but yes the brakes are really tight but if its anything below that there is a god awful squeak. and yes, it did the same problems above even when it wasn't set at 3.
any ideas??
