Does anyone have any experence with the Jet Performance (DST software)? i guess u can plug it into a computer and tune everything from air fuel to speed limiter. Is it easy or do u need a degree in rocket science to use it. Thanks for the help!

There is a bit of a learning curve.

Lots of info and people to help.
Perhaps.
The basic steps are:
1. Download your stock tune
2. Save it in multiple locations, dont ever change one of them
3. Copy it one time, and name it something different, modify this one
4. Make some small changes
5. Upload the new tune into the comptuter
6. See how the changes affect things
7. Download before uploading again
This checks comunications, and it gives you something to go back to if your new tune doesn't do what you wanted. I always name them the date of whatever day it is. Today would be 121206 for example
Once you get it if you have specific quesions i can answer them. Codes, speed limiters, shift points, tire sizes, that is all really easy. The more advanced stuff, tuning for cam, blower, different injectors, ect. will require a little more practice.
Edit, we also have a thread on tuning, i need to update it, i have made some spreadsheets and such to help. Also, don't forget a scanner and a wideband. The Monodax scanner is the main one i use, and works with the jet hardware. Only $69. Tuning without a wideband is asking for trouble:

I tune my own. Different cam, different intake manifold with larger injectors.
And for other people i do simple stuff on mostly stock trucks. Unless i had the truck in my possesion to do some datalogging.
