Sorry I know you hear a lot about this question. I'm thinking of taking off my catalytic converter because it is clogged and running a straight pipe in there and my car doesn't have to meet emissions because i live in minnesota. My question is there is an oxygen sensor right after the catalytic converter and i was wondering if it would screw up the computer by like making it run leaner and my truck is a 96' sonoma with a 2.2l 5 speed.

The sensor after the converter doesn't affect fueling in any way. You will get an Ses light though, there are a few ways around that.

Yeah, that 2nd O2 checks to see if the cat is functioning properly. You could always get an O2 simulator to trick the PCM.
