Ok guys so I'm building a new PC for myself. So far I just ordered THIS (http://www.xoxide.com/tank-gaming-case-black.html) case. I'm getting ready to get THIS (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2717536&CatId=2008) motherboard. Then I'm going to buy 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 Ram.
What do you guys think?
Well this case is O.K. I'm not a big fan of the blinging cases. No one else will really ever see it so it serves no purpose for me to have the case lights and lexan sides. I prefer the Antec P180 case. Just have to make sure the power supply cables are long enough to reach everything since this isn't really a classisc ATX setup.

This case is QUIET and cools VERY well.
Not my kind of case, but looks like it will work.
As for the motherboard, not a big fan of it, mainly cause it only supports one PCI Express card slot. That means you are limited to one Graphics card. Since you are getting a gamers rig case you should get a motherboard to match. That and don't get a Pentium D, that's old technology, you want Core 2 Duo system. Something like this:

Anyways, look for Two PCI Express x16 slot support (and not a 16x that is actually a 4x slot, big difference). That way you will be set for some serious graphics in the future.
If you want you can run an older Pentium D in it, and the slower 667MHz ram, but make sure you get a good motherboard so you can upgrade to Core 2 Duo and 800Mhz later (better investment in the long run).
