Heater vent not working

Its the drivers side vent, between the steering wheel and door, its not blowing anything at all. Any ideas, i think that something is clogging it but im not sure.

kinda old, but the coldness makes this worse, any ideas?

Look under the dash & see if it's connected to the vent piece that's above your right leg when you drive. If anybody's ever played around under your dash they may have forgotten to screw these back together & they came undone.
