my 91 s10 with 3" body lift and 31" tires

Heres my truck I just bought it. I plan on painting it soon because the guy before me rolled yellow paint on it. Suprisingly it doesnt look that bad. Right now it has a wickid lifter tick so I guess I will replace the cam, lifters and intake manifold for performance. Can anyone suggest a mild cam that will work with stock heads and valve springs. It has a 4.3 with a 5spd.

Very nice. On our 4wd Blazer, we went with the Edlebrock total power package (cam, intake, headers)... nice power but still a decent wheeler.
