but does anyone else know of any 1/8th or quarter mile drag strips around the area of Knox County Tennessee?

cost to watch?
cost to drag race? (just so i can test my truck not to be in a competition)
how far would they be from Knox?

Theres one in Knoxville, i think its called Knoxville Dragway, but im not sure.

have you tried 411 drag strip? the track is terrible though, friend took his 240 up there and spun through 3rd so better have some slicks for that track. i think saturdays from 2-5 is test and tune.

How much is it to run a vehicle at the track at the 411 drag strip?
Is there a limit on passes or just as much as someone can get in between 2pm and 5pm?

the 411 is $15 for unlimited runs. im actually headed up there today to see what my dime will run stock. its from 1:30-11pm today for some reason. normally its from 2-5 but i guess they didnt have anything special planned today. wish me luck haha and its 1/8 of a mile

Crossville looks to be a 1/4 from driving by on I40, but haven't been on the grounds of the track yet to be sure of it. Don't know what the travel distance and time it is. I haven't seen any info about it on the forum yet, but maybe there could be section that is dedicated to tracks with info on times and prices of them.

I'm in west knox and plan to go to 411 this Sunday. Heard i-40 dragway in crossville is good too. I ran TnT at Knoxville last year and it sucked.

I've only ran the truck at Knoxville Dragway and Brainerd Optimist in Chattanooga. Chattanooga = 9.98 pass, Knoxville = 10.1s and it was colder out - same set up too.

I got DRs now so hopefully some 9.8s this Sunday. 9.3s if I spray it.
