i asked this before. everyone has been pretty happy with theirs it seems. and they say it is pretty accurate. if nothing else, you can have some baseline to go off of with mods

I have the first generation one and was very pleased with the consistency of the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. I havn't tried the lateral G's test yet. I did try the braking test a couple of times and could never get consistent times. It was when I was trying to get some baseline numbers with my stock brakes. The ABS was kicking in a lot, so that may have had something to do with the inconsistent numbers.

i have been meanig to tryout mine, maybe i will go borrow it back form my friend.
thing is, he had a a fully built lt1 t/a and it said that he pulled a 14.xx in the 1/4, when at the track he can pull a 12.3 on street tires.
i guess each one is different...

I have the first style of G tech, and have taken it to the track several times to compare it to the timers. The best accuracy I got was to be within .06 on the ET. If I would spin the tires at launch the G-tech would typically read .25 sec slower than my ET.
Overall I'm not impressed with it, not to mention I can't really find a place to play with it other than the track (too much traffic).

I don't have one but I borrowed one and it was pretty **** close to my actual track times.I can't see paying the price for it but they work pretty good.
