hey everyone,
figured since ive been around for a lil bit now, id post up my funny story. my roomate and i have a theory, ford trucks are cannibals. mind you, we both have ford trucks...
this started when his dad rear ended a nice 80's f150 into a probe and a lincoln the same day. duh.
then he had a 2wd 91 ranger, and slid it into an uncontrollable skid into the back of an f150. totalled it.
but theres my story. i have my silver 95 f150, 2wd, reg cab shortbox, aptly named Silver. well i was driving home from my girlfriends house, about a mile away from my place, when a light turned from green to red. i locked all 4 up, and slid my silver truck into, you guessed it, a ford. but, my silver truck is like one of those small dogsthat picks fights with big dogs, i ended up hitting a 2005 f650 tow truck. not only that, i hit the BUISNESS end of the tow truck, the part thats solid steel. my truck was drivable home, the insurance dude cut me a check the next day, and i spent 6 straight weeks pouring my heart into that truck. it did get honorable mention at the car show. but, in the words of Jeff Foxworthy, "we just can't have nice things"
