Last fatal accident I saw involving an S10, was a woman who stole her boyfriend's gen 1 S10 and was trying to out run the cops on the interstate in my hometown in NY... this interstate has intersections in my town. She ran the light going 70mph and broadsided a Honda... the front end of the S10 decapitated, well, sectioned the lady driving the Honda. My uncle (who was in the local FD) said he almost hurled when he looked in that car. The woman in the S10 walked away w/o any injuries.

also, they are sopossed to have the bars to act as a bumper to stop cars from going under the trailer. a few years back, the local news did a story on the fact that a lot of trucks lacked them and a bunch of people were getting killed because of it.

That truck did have a bar (circled in picture) to stop him from going under the trailer but this guy was going somewhere around 100 mph

Shoulda lowered it, put on bigger brakes, and tires, and upgraded the suspension for the evasive maneuvers.

Hate to be cold but I've seen enough that it rarely bothers me anymore the only thing that still gets to me is the kids, especially since I had my boy.

An Interstate road with Intersections...hmmm. That would cause all kinds of trauma here in Tally. The dumba**es here have a hard enough time with intersections on a road where the speed is less than 40MPH.Damn... I'm sure it happened way too fast...
