Email link is above. When I get it I'll resize the thing to a max of 6-9k and post it up. 6.2-6.5 is the max size a pic can be for a avatar at 80x80, but I get away with slightly larger!!

find a pic that you like and cut and paste it to ms word and keep making it smaller until it fits...
