Oil leak

Is this to big of a oil leak to be just valve stem seal or am i lookng at time to rebuild my heads

How much oil you using? Depending on your budget and consumption, just a set of valve stem seals may do the trick for you.

maby a quart or two every 3000 miles i only bow spmke on start up some times

Probably a third of us do that here. I wouldn't sweat it if you're not having problems.

sounds liek the valve seals, im doing the same thing, dont worry about it, just keep an extra quart or half quart in your truck somewhere (should be handy cuz those trucks only take 4.5 to 4.75 qts)
