Vehicle Fluid Capacities

Over the next several paychecks i plan to do a full fluid flush/replace on my vehicle. I've been searching around on the site and was wondering if there was a list that i've missed that list the general fluid capacities for the S-Series vehicles.

Specifically i'm looking for fluid ammounts for my front/rear axel and the cooling system.

this is for a 94 jimmy 4x4 4.3L 'Z'.

Rear axle.. 7.5/7.625 = 3.5 qts. Cooling system is more or less three gallons.
