Well I was still having problems going straight down the road. Even after getting new tires and realigned again at a different shop.

I went to take off my front drivers side brakes & couldnt get the caliper off. it seems to be stuck on the one piston (its the newer dual piston calipers). The only way I could get it off besides taking the bracket off was to compress it with a clamp while it was still mounted on the rotor.

When I took it off there was crap on the sides of the piston, which I cleaned off. I tried lubing the sides with breaking fluid & worked them in & out. But I noticed that one moved easier than the other when applying pressure to the brakes. The rear piston clamps down & after the rear starts to clamp on the rotor does the front piston begins to clamp down all the way. Not sure if they're supposed to move at the same rate, but they don't. I'm guessing the rear may start to clamp down first because the fluid enters more to the rear?
anyone know for sure?

could definatly hear the brakes drag when spinning the wheel. almost more than normal. & the caliper gets hung up when removing it.. is it time for a new caliper? or rebuild?

I wouldn't even mess w/ it.. I'd throw on a reman'd caliper. Just my opinion.

well, yeah it doesnt matter to me. I'll put a replacement on.
I was just trying to get a opinion/confirmation, that this is my problem.
Wasnt sure how to tell, or if the pistons were supposed to move at different rates.

Front pads still seem good. But I didn't look at them closely enough to check if they were worn unevenly (front- back)

warranty comp. has another claim coming up, lol

Just to be safe and to update it, replace the lines. I had a similar problem a long time ago on the TransAm. It was a bad flex line at the caliper/wheel. That was a single piston setup BTW. Yours sounds like a caliper internal problem. But it would be a good time to do a little maintenance anyway and replace the front flex lines. Good time to do a full bleed too.
