Hey folks, just trying to decide which wheels i should be saving up for.

my choices are ZQ8's (16x8), or some old school AMR Hammer (15's).

I'd love to go with a bit larger wheel and smaller tire, but IMO the Hammers always looked SOOO good with the 1st gen body style...

i dont have images for eithor wheel but i'm sure i could track them down if needed.

It's 4wd isn't it? If so then the ZQ8's will look retarded because of the backspacing. They will look mexican style stickout. Then you'll have to get some curb feelers and we all know those are ghey. The Hammers you speak of, I don't remember what they look like so post up a pic if you can find one.

the other side is showing some wear/their age. AFAIK this truck has never seen ORV conditions or if it has, was real light - just mild 2 track type stuff like i've put it though goin huntin/fishin.

structurly.. the rims are solid as hell.. just wanna give my baby some nice shoes for the summer months and keep the stockies for winter/orv type applications ;)

i mean.. i *know* i can stuff a 30x9.5 onto them for the fun times :D

If you're not totaly set on those choices go to Centerline wheels they have custom build section 1/2" increments 15"-18" rims.

I've actually gotten really turned off by how common the ZQ8 wheels are around here too. I really started lookin for them and holy moses.. they're EVERYWHERE. Yea.. they still look cool.. but i want something different.

i found a place that has the hammers in stock sitll.. maybe in a week or so i'll drive down and get some pictures.
