Ok, here's how to plumb the hydroboost so that it works properly. The high pressure fitting on the side w/ the return will get connected to the gear box. The high pressure fitting on the side w/out the return but instead the accumulater will get connected to the p/s pump. The return line from the gear box to the resevoir will be connected via a Tee intersection & should not impede flow. In other words the return from the hydroboost unit should hit the 'dead-end' not the other way around (look at diagram).

If the lines are all that's needed I can make some up linesets w/ all fittings for "plug-n-play". Cheaper than Summit's linesets that you still need to finish off.

I've decided 3 levels. All kits include adapters & fittings. Prices include s&h.

Level 1 * assembled pressure lines, plain rubber return line & splice in Tee fitting.
price= $240

Level 3 * Fully assembled pressure & return lines, braided return, AN Tee.
price= $280

These lineset kits are everything you'll need minus the hydroboost unit itself & p/s fluid. If you'd like the hydroboost units I also sell those but I'd need to get hold of a couple for you, which may take a few weeks. Just remove your p/s hoses & install the lineset, along w/ the adapters to -6AN & that's all that's needed. The lines take about 10-15 mins to install. Then bleed the air from the system, you will have some air that's still trapped which is ok. It may take up to 500 miles before it's all purged. I like to let the vehicle rest 24 hrs to help this process. I send along bleeding instructions & a plumbing diagram w/ each kit.

Oh, well.. yea. They aren't going to look like the ones I have right now. All chrome, the two adapters will be blue & so will the Tee.. no red whatsoever.

I have a few pix of the 'return to -6' fitting. They're handmade & a little scratched.

You got to get yourself a set of AN wrenches!

I have a set, that's not the problem.. it's trying to hold the fitting to cut down, drill & tap the -6 to accept the brass fitting & the vise scrapes it a little. BTW I purposely strip the brass fitting so it cannot be tampered w/ as easily.

Then I guess you need a set of vice jaws for AN fittings :)

I have those but they don't hold these fittings like how I need them held.. haha.
