So I went and replaced my wingless hinges with winged ones. When I went to close it the rear wiper arm must've gotten caught in between the roof and the glass and it freaking exploded with me holding the handle in my hand ROFL.
The best part was when I bought the truck the guy was scrapping out another blazer and i ripped the wing off it as part of the deal. Being lazy I just took the entire rear hatch instead of removing the wing nicely.
So I promptly went in my basement and pulled out my spare rear hatch glass and replaced the broken one LMAO.

You know...I never noticed B4 now how a Bravada with the outside spare has a specific rear bumper than one with the inside mounted spare.

I hate cleaning up broken glass. My truck was broken into over a year ago and I still find pieces of my driver's door glass under the seats, on the carpet and inside the door.
That would of been cool to see a picture of you standing there with the handle in your hand.... like WTF,,, LOL

Your the first one I think I've seen put the winged hinges on it and not replace them with the wingless ones.

Yea I kinda noticed that once I started looking at people rides... why?
The hinges are sitting in my basement with a bunch of other parts I don't need, if anybody wants them or anything else in the pic send me shipping or pick them up. Neo you get first dibs on them since it sounds like you want them lol

Most people want the smoothed off look that the wingless design gives. I personally just don't like the look plus the screws are half stripped on mine (last owner was an idiot and tried to replace missing screws with sheet rock screws). Shoot me a PM with the price to area code 71665, I'd love to come get them but I doubt my boss would let me take off and with the price of gas now those would be the most expensive hinges in history.

it makes a great place for your ice scraper to get stuck under in the winter, and squeege;s to get stuck under in the summer. They also make for awesome spots for dirt to get stuck while in the car wash!
oh yea.. and what they said above :D
