Got a light today and went to Advance to scan it. Says I am running rich, so how can I correct this problem without leaning out too much with the charger in mind?

Did you go with a different plug temp range with the charger? Rich could be just a fuel mapping problem. Talk to the guy that flashed the ECM from Wynjammer about it, since he set the tables.

Its weird...turned that truck off for 15 min. and the light is out..can the IAT sensor cause me to run rich? Its kinda sitting in a drilled out hole on the intake tube until I can find a grommet, so the pressure has popped it out a couple of times.

I think the IAT would only have feedback for the timing. But if it wasnt reading properly, maybe the ECM would go into a limp mode and cause an over-rich condition. This is just a guess. What code was it?

Normally they let me take the scanner out myself, but some really old man came out and plugged it up and showed me that there were two codes both saying too rich. He never gave me the number codes..wasnt even thinking to get that at the time. I just dont know why it would throw a code now after being installed and running fine for a month or so.
