well i fixed my boot burn through problem

like the title says, I've finally fixed the problem of burning through spark plug boots while using JBA headers. The stock boot burned through almost instantly. I then bought a set of MSD high temp "race" boots (http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=120571&prmenbr=361), which would last about a week each... at 20 bucks for a set of 8, this wasn't going to work. I broke down and bought some shields from Moroso (http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=4146&prmenbr=361)

now for the people that havnt had this problem: HOW THE HECK DID YOU DO IT!!!

On the #1 and #2 plugs I route down, forward and then back up and over to keep it away from the tube. The rear 2 cyls on both heads present no problem. But your headers look slightly different than mine although it appears to be one of the front tubes in the pic.

Either way you can't go wrong with those shields. That is definitely a permanent fix!
