91 s10 4.3 liter how do i change one what do i need to do??

You unscrew the 2 'airplane' clamps & remove the filter. To replace just do the opposite. You'll need a flathead screw driver, a pan, some rags & maybe some pliers if the filter is stuck to the rubber line.

wouldnt there be lots of fuel leakin i thought there was something to stop that

all the fuel in the is not going to flow out once you take the filter off. the only fuel that will leak out is the fuel that is pressurized in the fuel line. once that pressure is gone then no more leak. the rags and pan will catch the little bit that gets out. just make sure you don't have the ignition on when you take the filter off cause you will get quite a shower.

the filter instuctions say to release the pressure how do i release it???

Don't get me wrong, it's not like I need to dab some on like cologne before I leave the house or anything.. I just like the smell of dinosaur poo-poo.
