I believe you can order new ones. I need to order a new one as mine is falling apart and it has information in the back on how to. I think it's like $20 or something for the basic owners manual. I'll have to grab mine and find out for sure.

ya i know i can get em on ebay cheap. but having one pasted to where u can save the scanned pages will last much longer than paper. and there is also backup copies where ever they are saved. we need something like this for all years of blazers.
the problem with that is finding someone who wants to scan a hundred and something pages

The one for my 2002 is posted at Chevrolet.com in PDF format. I have signed up in the "Owners Center." I don't know about one for your year but if you register you will be able to find out.

i've been looking on ebay hoping to get a new owners manual at a better deal than through the back of the book...but everyone is selling their USED books for more than one I can get through this book for brand new w/portfolio option...interesting.

by the way...thought i'd mention, i'm replacing mine because...it appears its growing mold??? What would cause this? If it was stored in the glovebox...I don't know what the guy did with it before I bought the truck. Doesn't seem to have any ac or heater problems though. Which is what i'd assume would cause it. Moisture getting at it. The pages are all crisp and flimsy like at one point they were wet? Sorry for borrowing ur thread americasfuture2k!

maybe the car was involved with a flood and it wasnt reported to a car insurance company so carfax has no record of it.

Right on. glad you found what you were looking for. If anybody is interested, www.helminc.com (http://www.helminc.com) you can go there and order owners manuals n such or there is a business number in my current owners manual book 1-800-551-4123. I don't know if they updated prices or what because I looked on their site and it says $35 for the owners manual w/ portfolio and in my book it says $20 + $6 s&h. But anyway just thought i'd give you all this helpful tool if you need/want it.

On the menu on the left side of the Chevrolet.com page, click on the News & Events page. From there click on the Chevy Owners Center link. From there I think you only need enter your VIN to set up an account. Since I already have an account I can't see the create account option.
