C6 conversion for Ford 8.8

Are there any kits available to convert the 8.8 to C6 brakes? I just found a write up that says the 8.8 is basically a bolt in.

Hmm...then wouldnt a C6 brake conv. kit for a 7.5/7.625 alxe work? The basis I would assume is because the caliper mounts/backing plates are the same bolt-pattern, axle hole is wide enough and alignment with rotor and diameter is the same. What does the C6 kit come with? Is it a custom made mount for the caliper or is it some stock caliper mount and caliper?

No, it won't just mount up. Eric needs the conversion brackets.. I'll go lookin for some, maybe I'll get lucky & find 'em. Here's a pic of all the axle flanges (the 10 bolts aren't on there but they're almost the same as a 12 bolt).
