I have a 1997 Chevy S10 stepside for sale in Daytona, FL. It has a 2.2 4cyl and 5spd manual. Getting 25+ miles a gallon. 102 thousand on the motor. Last year I had the clutch and pressure plate changed along with rear tires (Dunlop GT Qualifiers 275/65R15), battery, fuel filter and rearend fluid. I've been changing the oil regulary with Mobil 1 synthetic. It does drip a little bit of oil now, but I've never had to add any oil between 3,000 mile changes. I believe its just the header gasket.
Some of the great things about the truck is that it has a Goodmark cowl induction hood, Edelbrock IAS shocks all around, K&N cold air intake system, soft tonneau cover that rolls up for extra space if needed. There is also a trailer hitch for your small boat or jet skis. The rear glass was also tinted this past year.
The A/C is not working correctly. Most of the time it wont turn on when switch to A/C.
