Can the 3.4L heads fit on the 2.8L???

I don't know for sure but I think they will bolt on but there might be some valve/bore clearance issue. Also check your cc size of your combustion chamber.

yes, but there is no gain to it without the intake off the 3.4. Then you have to re-calibrate the 3.4 computer to not run the 2.8 super rich...why not swap motors? Accys will bolt up as will tranny bellhousings

Yes,the 3.4 heads are a bolt-on but the 2.8's with tbi's have the same heads[bigger valves than carbed]. If you have access to a 3.4 rwd engine grab it,they are basically a bolt-in swap.
