guy from another forum just got his dad's out of storage....said it only has like 8k on motor....sitting for 5 years needs some tune up work which he is doing...might wanna get rid of it soon...wish i could find my money tree...

no way that would be sitting for 5 years if it was mine. i don't know if there's such a thing as "minor" tune up work on a typhoon though

what do you mean no such thing has minor? don't think it couldn't just need some plugs and wires?

if it was well sorted out before it was parked it could just need plugs but they're really finicky. From what i've heard from the guys in town they're difficult to get running reliably. that may just be for trucks that people have modded but I get the feeling from what I've read that overall they're a bit of a PITA. having said that i'd still buy one in a heartbeat, reliable or not!
