Got a 99' Reg Cab 2wd with 140K. I notice on here and other boards that 2/3 drops are really popular. I installed a 4/4 and the back of the truck sat lower than the front. After a lot of redoing the back end numerous times to get it level, I ended up with a 2/1. Spindles in the front, 1" block in the rear, but it still looks a touch lower in the back than the front.
I bought the truck at 99K and it's always seemed to sit level at the stock height.
Is this uncommon? Pretty much every S-10 I see has the back slightly higher than the front.
Not sure what the truck was used for before I got it, but is it possible that the leafs are worn out?

Any thoughts?

I first started out with new spindles, coils, leafs and blocks for the 4/4. Ended up going back to the stock leafs, stock coils with 1" block in the rear.

My '85 was the same way w/3" blocks alone, 'til I put the Eibach's for a 2.8L V-6 in front. Then it sat with a perfect subtle rake.
