maybe your starter is bad. is there a fuse for the starter? have you checked it?

Hi!! guys,
I got a similar problem with mine, 93 jimmy that wont start. I've check a lot of things, fuel pressure (58-60psi), ignition signal (with timming light), the EGR valve (for extra carbon)... and the injector signal with a "LED" between the computer and injector.

I found that there was no signal, i removed the air inlet tubing (air filter), put some starting fuel in the intake and it started and ran well over 1400 rpm but if it stalled, wont start untill pooring starting fuel !!

Tried to replace the ECM with a good one but no success, I found that the ignition module is also use as crank sensor !
If the computer doesnt recieve no signal from that sensor, it wont drive the injector, it makes sense, no rpm = no injection, so I finally replace the ignition module and it fired right up !!!
Tried the old module, no fire, sa that was my problem.

I met a guy who has a similar problem, he told me that the garage changed that module to. All that, between last may and september, i finally found the trouble.

It realy could be your problem !!
