I'm sure you know this thread about the swap.. http://s10planet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6179

The whole deal really isn't that hard. Go get the a/c system discharged. Here's how to remove the HVAC box (engine side)..
*Jack the truck up in front & put a jack stand under the passenger side & take the front pass tire off for access.
*undo the rad over-flow & PCM from the passenger inner fender
*undo the lines from the evaporator canister.
*remove the bolts from inner fender. You'll need to remove the battery tray, too.
*Lower the inner fender out & now you can see all of the heater box.
*You can hit pretty much every bolt/nut that holds the box to the firewall. Only one I had a difficult time w/ was the one located upper left, between the fan & fender. Just snake an extension in there w/ a u-joint.. yea, it'll take some time unless you get lucky & hit it the 1st time. When the a/c delete box goes in you don't have to worry about it.
*I needed to undo the ground strap the goes to the back of the engine for clearance. I also needed to undo the wires that go to the fan & push those onto the engine for some clearance as well.
*Give the box a few light taps w/ a rubber hammer or your fist & that should break the seal loose from the firewall.
*Now, just take that whole assembly out.
Installation is just the opposite of this.. only easier. (Read the link to the post about my swap to learn what I did w/ the fan because the squrrel cage doesn't work w/ the a/c delete box).

To remove the condensor..
*Remove the bolts, top half of the fan shroud, plastic baffeling by the sides of the radiator (use wire cutters to pull the plugs.. but DON'T cut them) & the air box.
*Push the radiator towards the fan & out of grooves to get to the condensor mounts (I think they were 8mm.. sorry I did this about a year ago)
*Now slide the condensor out through the top & grab the mounts for it from the bottom of he rad support.
Installation is just the opposite of this, too. haha

To remove to compressor & swap on the a/c delete pulley..
*Take your belt off.. no, no, not for your pants.. your serp belt!
*undo the 4 bolts holding the compressor in place & the bolt holding down the oil tube.
*undo the connector to the compressor & remove the compressor.
*I hope you went to the hardware store if you didn't have some 10mm bolts layin around that were the right height.. haha. I think they need to be about an inch shorter.. double check.
*I marked & cut out for the oil tube bolt.. it's just the way I did it.
*put the pulley & bracket in place of the condensor, bolt it down & put your stock belt back on (or replace if needed) & you're finished.
