IM SELLING MY POWERDYNE SUPERCHARGER. ABOUT 7 THOUSAND MILES ON IT. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. IM SELLING THE HEAD UNIT, ALL THE TUBES, THE FMU, MOUNTING BRACKETS, EVERY THING NEEDED. IM ALSO INCLUDING A VORTECH AUXILLERY FUEL PUMP. THE PULLY IS A 2.50. I WILL ALSO GIVE THE BOOST GAUGE. I SWAPED IN A LS1 SO I DONT NEED THIS ANYMORE. I STILL HAVE THE MANUAL ON HOW TO DO THE SWAP.

The pulley is a 2.5? What year of vehicle did this come off of?
The Dyne kit for the S-10's is a 2.87". 2.5" would risk over spinning that head unit and cause damage.

Just a thought on your extra goodies with the kit. Good luck with your sale.

YES THE PULLY IS NOT STOCK. I HAD MY COMPUTER FLASHED AND THEY LOWERED THE REDLINE OF THE ENGINE FROM 5500. SO I PUT ON THE SMALLER PULLY TO COMPINSATE.

What's the link for your ebay listing? I tried a couple searches and couldn't find it. You may have better luck if you put something about s10 or 4.3L in the item's title.

So you want close to a grand for just the head unit?
I bought the whole kit brand new for $800, plus I found another head unit by itself for $400.
The average is around $600-$700 for just the head unit on Ebay.

Imo, that's a bunch of dough for a P-dyne with a way to small of a pulley on it

I'm really not in a position to buy, but if I was, I'd much rather buy a complete (or close to complete) kit over just a head unit. That's my opinion.

I dont know how you got a entie system for $800. Man did I miss out on a deal when I bought this kit new. Summit sold this kit for over $2200.And it's not like there's a bunch on ebay to shop around.

The small parts to finish building a complete kit really add up. one of the tensioner assemblies is ~$150 and there's 2 of those, the FMU is going to be over $100, then there's the mounting brackets, new belts, crank pulley, bigger blower pulley, fan spacer, charge tubing etc. add that to the $1000 for the headunit and that's basically the cost of a new kit without the warranty.

I picked up my kit for about $1400 including the cost of rebuilding the headunit plus another $200 for an adjustable FMU. $1000 for the headunit alone isn't crazy, but like dogsofjune said, people who know powerdynes will be wary of paying that for a used one with a pulley that is known to spin the headunit past it's tolerances
