Dash Upgrade/Conversion

Hey everyone,
I have a 96 s10... i updated the front end to the new s10 front end. My dash is half out and i am having 2nd thoughts about what I want to do... is there any dash from another vehicle that fits good? and wires up easily? Otherwise i was just thinkning about upgrading to the new style dash. but all the junk yards around here only sell piece by piece... will a new one fit? would the door panels off of a new s10 fit on mine? any help or ideas?

the answer to both fit questions is yes. But you will have to do some major rewiring for the light controls and the gauge cluster, as well as the door lock harness with the new style switches.... It can be done if you have the diagrams and flow charts.
