I have a few suggestions..
1. TURN THE CAPS OFF because it's very annoying.
2. don't need to worry about the tach if you keep the LSx plugged to the PCM.. you need the same signal to run your trans, anyways.
3. Fuel.. you can still run the same pump, just regulate it down to the 8-10 psi a carb uses.
4. Cooling.. you can use the OEM 4.3 radiator, just pull more air through it. Think about using a taurus fan or something of the like.

What 'kit' are you using? Electical and Intake?

Ok i get the tach thing now. But what about using the stock 4l60e trans now that the stock signals are gone. TCI makes a stand alon but it's a grand. This project was simple but all the wiring sucks there is so many wires. IS there a way to keep the stock computer in place and make it work somhow? any help is apreciated.

Yea, use all the OEM sensors & whatever you can't use tune for.. the PCM should be 'smart' enough to work it out. But don't hold me to that when using a carb since there's no TPS.

Im sorry earlier someone asked what "kit" im using. I bought the msd ls6 ignition modual. I purchased the victory junior intake manifold and im still choosing my carb i think a 650 or 750? The only other think done was GM performance offers a LS1 hot cam kit, it had all the components and was reasonable.

GM's hot cam kit goes to .525 lift.. stock Z06 cams go to .551/.555 & if you know where to look they can be found pretty cheap. That's why I got & it came w/ the blue springs go to .550+ lift.. I'm lookin to sell the springs.
