Well I just keep clicking on my link to the Old Planet and it is gone.It was a great place that I really loved hanging out at.I didn't think I would be as bothered about it as I am.Don't get me wrong the new Planet rocks but it's hard to see something you have called home for so long not be there any more.Anyway just thought I would reflect on that.Man im gonna miss that place.But this place has so much more potential and is growing faster than the old Planet did.So it will be all good in the end.

I noticed the link was dead yesterday. Even though we've got the new site up and running, it's still like losing an old friend. Heh, where's our smiley for pouring out a 40?

True, the www.s10planet.com (http://www.s10planet.com) site is no longer with us, but it is risen from the ashes here. It is no part of a larger whole and will be all the stronger because of it. We still have the same members, the same Mods and Admins, and the same strong unity and outstanding technical-base that we always did.

What server the site is on is unimportant -- the fact that WE are all here is what IS. WE are S10Planet, and we're not going anywhere. I wish the link would point to the S10Planet section here. . . I've got S10Planet.com stickers on both trucks and they're kind of pointless unless there is an actual site there at that address.

Will all the great info that was on the planet that didn't make it over here get posted here. I think I have spent about 20min. on the planet and there was a lot of great info there. Just wondering if it will get transfered over to here.

All the technical ends are moved over and some are in the Planet section and others in the Articles section. I did make a post about anyone wanting certian posts, info etc moved over that we missed to POST up so we could do it. I'm not sure if the info is gone or rather it was backed up before the other server was dropped!

The planets email account is also gone. Are we going to maybe have an account here. I used the planets account for ebay. It was just kinda convenient.

Something else I've noticed: If I'm not logged in the forum has the familiar red and black color scheme, but when I'm logged in it's blue and dark blue. Any way to change this in the CP? I haven't found the option yet.

I haven't found the option yet.I'm working on that now. . . It's setup currently so that whatever scheme the user has in effect will take priority over the default settings. I'm switching it over so that it overrides whatever scheme the individual user has -- that way it appears only in the S-10Planet scheme.
