I don't know about '94's, but I've got 31x10.5" on my '91 with a 3" body lift and if the situation is just right my front tight still rubs a little.

I had 31 10,50 on my 93 and they would rub on sharp turns. I had a 3 inch body lift. I took off the lift and now run 255 70 15 with no rub and the best ride that I have had in a long time. The 255 70 15 is only 1 inch shorter than the 31 10,50 15.

My brother had a blazer with 31 10.50's on his truck with 3" body lift. No rubbing problems

if you want ride quality, stay away from body lifts. all they do is put you in the air. but if that doesnt really matter get the body lift. if budget is an issue, get a rough country suspension lift. where i use to work we had people come in all the time gettin their body lift taken off and gettin suspension lifts put on.

As the others said, you'll probably need some lift... I barely fit 30s on my 91 Blazer with a 2" Superlift... but I'm running aftermarket rims which changes the tire offset and causes them to rub on turns under load. On stock rims, I could probably run 31s.

I'd go with a body lift over the 2" Superlift or Rough Country lift... both of those lifts can cause premature wear of CV boots, ball joints, idler arms and pitman arms due to the more severe angles created by the upper a-arms and t-bar crank. I eat up idler arms quite regularly with mine - it is a once a year replacement with little to no wheeling - more frequent with more wheeling. When I had the same lift on my pickup, I was blowing CV boots in parking lots!

All I know is...
31x10.5R15 is what my ZR2 comes stock with. The frame is slightly different, and has a 3" stock lift compared to a regular blazer.
My rim size is 15" x 7 with 6" of back-spacing.

In your case, I recommend a small lift and some spacers. or just try to stick with using 235/75R15 or 30x9.5R15.
