So, when are headlamps worth $25,000? I guess when they are pre-production prototype units originally designed for the Firehawk. It was a feature that was extremely wanted by the F-body crowd, but production cost and lack of time kept them from being produced. ACS , which is SLPs founders store, has a few sets of the ones they actually did make. 3 sets were made and this was the only set actually assembled. This is the only set that will ever be sold since they are the only built ones in existance. Unfortunately, they also needed the specific hood designed around them. Would be cool to modify a spart 'Hawk hood to fit them on. The shipping is just as much as the lights....prototype or not....they are not worth that

It'd be cheaper to make a Maro look like a Bird. I never really thought the pop ups looked good. My wife loves them though.

Yeah, if I had $25k to waste, I'd have to buy a firebird first. Very few upgrades should rival the purchase price of your vehicle.

I cant wait to see what they re-list for. Personally I dont care for my 3rd gen pop-up headlamps that much. I like the look down, but up is kinda bobo. The 98-ups wernt that bad since they lowered the rise angle and put two lamps in there. The purpose of these Firehawk lamps was to reduce front end weight. The price is rediculous, but if I had a red 'Hawk, I would want them...just because.
