I have trimmed a lil off the corners of my 02, i want more. Is there a template or something I could go by that you know of. I know I could just do it, but I dont feel like buyin new fenders.. Also after you trim them, what is best to use to seal, or cover the hole back up??? Got to keep it looking clean.

If you want to post a pic you need to 'go advanced' then 'manage attachments'. If you already did that, nevermind.

You could get "cut" fender flairs. They come with templates and will cover the gap up.

I just don't fully understand what's being described. A picture would definately help me out.

When you cut the fenders you get a gap between the inner and outer fender.

I know that but he's sayin somehow you'll get a hole inside the wheel well. I'll say trim the fender so there's sheet metal on one side (either the inside, fender well.. or outside, exterior) & bend it over & weld it up to BS the hole.

I was originally gonna get some cutout flares, but they dont make them for a 2002. I did find that you could get them for a 94, would this work?? The side of the truck look really close body wise, they look like they have the same features... Anyone know???

I don't see what would be different. Maybe the company has them listed wrong, IDK.

'94-'04 S trucks are all basically the same body-wise.
EDIT: Just to be sure I've said this.. Blazers '95-'04, too. But not '94-down blazers.
