you know wat guys? this forum is truly one of the best forums out there. im starting to take my fiberglass sub box buisness up, and this is the only forum that has not had a negative comment about it. i posted links of my ebay items on a couple of other forums to try to get some business, and 1 forum deleted my thread saying i had to pay for advertisement. another site threw a fit cause a) i didnt "have permission to post links to my ebay items in there site" and b) cause i posted it in audio/video instead of classifieds. And all those forums had negative comments to say. so im takin the time to say that this is a great forum, and im proud to be a member of it.

I hate to here about other boards being like that.But it makes me glad im here and it makes us look even better to potential members.We have a strict rule no flaming bashing or plain out being rude to people for no reason or in general.We really don't mind members trying to sell stuff or linking to their ebay auctions.If the only reason you were coming here was to try and sell stuff that would be frowned upon.But I don't think that is your intentions is it.Anyway good luck with your business I hope you get some buyers.

Hey what MAX said exactly.

We are more geared into helping and furnishing information. We only seek the funds needed to keep the site up and running, kinda a non profit deal. Other sites have admins that hoard the monies away and if you make some, they want in on it.

What I would like maybe to ask, cause membership is key to survival and some funding comes off our shirts, store and other things were trying to do, is in your ebay ads, mention the site!!!

I offered this same deal to S10 Warehouse and he never came over???????? ANd he gets flamed and hammered just like you say you did, This gets the word out to others that dont know that these sites exist, and you'd be surprised at the amount of people that dont know. I also offered him a section in the prefered vendors area of the site to list up anything he wanted with pictures etc for $5 a month to cover the server space. SInce he didnt have his own site, just the ebay stuff I thought this might be a way for him to start a store of his own while adding traffic here. If it got to a point that he was using alot of the resources of the server, but helped in membership we might adjust the price by a a little to offset the costs. Something you may think about!!

i have to say b.j. is a pretty cool guy (those drawings will be coming soon by the way lol - been pretty busy).
for $5 a month, thats not a bad deal considering how many people are coming to the site. very surprised s10warehouse hasnt taken that offer.

We just like to try and help everyone out. If you make a product and want to sell it you might be giving someone who either doesn't have the know how, the tools or just plain doesn't want to fool with making it themselves a chance to get something they may otherwise have trouble getting.
I sold the EGR restrictor plates on The Planet for awhile. That came about by accident when I offered to make one for a guy who didn't want to fool with it. Then another asked for one and another and so on.

Im making several for some guys at work.Im making them for Ford,Dodge,and Chevrolt.A sorta build to fit type porcess.Only a few are gonna be the same.Ive made I can't count how many and not one has complained of bad results.Word of mouth spread so fast I got a crazy amount of orders.

Sounds good. I've not made any in awhile. But like you said no complaints from those I made them for.
