I don'y know much about cell phones even though ive had quite a few.But I just got a Motorola T725.Does anyone know if it's a good phone or if it has problems or anything. All ive ever owned were Nokia and Sony/Ericsson phones. This is my first Motorola and it set up kinda different.Like the send button is on the right and the end button is on the left.It was confusing at first but im getting used to it.

Motorola has always made good phones. Lots of features, pretty good longevity, etc.

You won't be unhappy with it. Nokias are just too big in most cases and Ericssons have reliability issues (as well as signal strength issues). Motorola was among the first cell phone manufacturers and are among the best.

Hopefully it's better than the T720s and T722s which are piceces of crap. My phone reboots itself, locksup, and get horrible reception. The only reason I have it was it came free with service. I'm waiting for the Treo 650 to come our for my carrier and I'm replacing it. I will say that it's is tough though, I've dropped it several times and though it hasn't fixed the problems I have, it hasn't created new ones ;) .

If I get behind you in a grocery line, check out etc. and you answer it to bullsh*t.
Or during your kids hockey/sports event it rings and you answer it and bullsh*t.
Your in front of me on the road and answer it to bullsh*t.

Put it this way, no matter where you are your talking something other than emergency and or maybe some real business and it disturbs the others around you due to your attention to the phone instead of what you were suppose to be doing, then
I"LL SHOVE IT SO FAR UP YOUR ARSE, IT"LL HURT AND YOU"LL BE ABLE TO TASTE PLASTIC!!

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!!!

The wife got a set for her business cause she uses it for long distance since where we live EVERYTHING is long distance, it was alot cheaper this way. I have the second phone and it stays in my glove box and has never been pulled out except for a recharge. If ya cant tell this is one area of newer life styles I HATE!!

I have a Motorola from the HEAR ME NOW guys , have no idea how it works but the old lady loves it!

I can. I hate verizon. They don't have enough repeaters along the coast anymore and that's where I live and work. kinda hard to have a buiesness phone that never get's a signal without an external antenna. It not the phone either. it's them. Their dealers' or lieing, lazy idiots that still owe me 2 upgrades and their insurance is a ripoff(a phone that was free upon signup shouldn't cost "me" 90bux if it's stolen and was insured), but for the next 3 months I'm stuck with them.

as for the motorolas.due my job around flamible chemical and petrolum products it's the only brand of phone I can own because it's the only phone that's intrinsically safe. I've never had a problem outher than batterys on those phones.

At facilities where there are flammable or explosive materials, operating at low energy can prevent electrical devices from creating arcs, sparks, or heat (during normal or fault conditions) that could ignite the explosive substance. Such a system is termed "intrinsically safe." The alternative is a system in which something separate from the system itself--such as an explosion-proof enclosure--is used

I never talk on mine while driving unless I have a hands free in or it's actually someone I want or need to talk to.And those are few.I hated my Sony/Ericsson phone. It sucked big time.Nokia's were ok but nothing really great about them.My last one was a Nokia 3200 camera phone.Pics were pretty crappy.Look at the pic of my S10 below it was took with it.I didn't want another camera phone because I never really used it.I will use my digi cam for pics.So far so good with this phone. It comes in alot better than any of my prior phones did.As to if Verizon sucks not around here.Every cell phone provider is gonna have bad service in some areas and good service in other areas.I used ATT up until about a year ago when I went with Cellualr One a smaller provider. They are great around here as a local provider you can't beat there coverage. They have been here longer and before any other provider was.I get unlimited local minutes with 120 nation wide minutes and free long distance for 45 bucks a month.I love it I never use my home phone I just use my cell.It comes in great and now that GSM is up to full capacity I never get network busy signals. So unitl another provider makes me a better offer for less money im staying were im at.And since ATT/Cingular is Cellular One's partners I can roam on there network crystal clear. And for atleast 120 minutes it don't cost me nothing. But that is rare since my coverage for local is almost half of KY and when I do travel I never use more than my 120 minutes.

Motorola phones are very reliable. I have my nextel I85s (motorola) for about 3yrs and haven't had any probs. After about a year the battery goes to crap and doesn't hold a charge, but I think thats because I never use the home charger. It always gets plugged into the car charger. I have dropped this thing lots of times and never had any probs. What sucks is that I have paid for the insurance at $5 bucks a month for almost 3 yrs and never had to make a claim. Could have saved that money and bought the new bad*ss pic phone with it.

I wonder what Sprint plans on doing with Nextel and iDEN.I bet they drop it foe CDMA and use Nextels towers for CDMA.Nextel is alright service but they just didn't offer anytghing great for me.They can't roam on anyone elses towers which can suck.

I have T Mobile (yeah i bought it because catherine zeta jones is so hot) and I have the Motorola V300 or something like that. It kicks ***, other than the button configuration. I have a sprint phone too made my samsung and it is an ok phone, not great, but ok. The buttons are different on each, so sometimes i forget which im on and when I get a call waiting, instead of answering it I hang up!! Here are pics of my phone. I dont know how to make it so they show up in the text box as a pic though, maybe someone could help me.http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=362&stc=1http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=363&stc=1
