I saw one that was almost like it on some site for minitrucks.. & I don't think it would roll over any easier.. afterall this one would be lowered 4-6".. but w/ such a short wheelbase it'd be 2 handfulls to drive. It'd be really easy for the rear to come around front in a blink of an eye. Anyone of you guys that's ever driven somethin w/ a super short wheelbase knows what I'm talkin about.. AMC AMXs & Javelins are good examples.. haha I'd do it for an 'around town' car, easy parking it, save on gas because it'd be a lot lighter, it'd be a little quicker, too, &, really, I wouldn't trust doing anything over 60mph in the thing. haha.. just thinkin away 'cause I'm bored.

Man, you don't even know.. hahahaha. These little hippie buses can pop wheelies!! I drove some other kid's hippie wagon when I was in highschool autoshop, put the front wheels on a speed bump & gased the **** outta it.. damned if it didn't pop a wheelie every time I tried! And they weren't just small wheelies.. it raise the front about 8-10" & ride the wheelie between 6 to 8 feet. I think w/ the wheelbase this short it'd definately NEED the wheelie bars just to be somewhat safe.

Yea, they do. They're also pretty cool w/ 6 cyl porsche engines in them, too, instead of the 4 cyls.

Ferdinand Porsche is the guy that came up w/ the Volkswagen in hopes that Hitler would let him build another sportier car.. being the Porsche.

..the Porsche engines should bolt to the stock trans but it may be better to use the Porsche ratios for more performance.

That VW w/ the Porsche bi-turbo is quite the quicky. ..Astro's are over-rated IMO. I wanted, & still kinda do, to drop in a V8, lower it down & just drive it.
