Hey guys,

I have some questions.

I bought the ZQ8 sway bars and am trying to install them on my truck. How does the back sway bar bolt onto a stock s10?

Can someone post pics?

Thanks!

They look like Belltech shocks

The shocks are Belltech nitro-drop shocks. I recently replaced them with the new Belltech street performance shocks for a much smoother ride with better handling.

The hellwig's work great most of the time. I get wheel hop here and there but even then it's not as harsh as it used to be. I wish I could afford some cal-tracs or slide-a-links.

For $10 there is a guy on e-bay with the 'how-to' manual on making cal-tracs. hehehe
Those shocks look nice. They have poly bushings it look like.

There's enough info on the interweb to make your own cal-trac clones.

I have had this site saved on my computer for a while now. I have tools but not the ones needed to build them.

Thanks for finding that link for me again. When I reloaded my computer I lost that same link.
I have the tools, but I don't have the money. hahaha.. funny how that works. On a side note I had an interview earlier today to be a part time parts driver.. we'll see what happens.

My truck had the pre- drilled holes also... It was easy to install once i rodded out one of the holes on the right side of the truck!
It was a little off....

Any crafty induviduals want to make the cal-tracs and sell them? If I had a welder Id try it. Be cool and cheap exercise of engeneering.

Eric would be the guy I trust w/ a welder when it comes to suspension components.. I can cut, thread, bolt & whatever the stuff but I'd trust his welds a lot more than mine.
