I Think this would go here (Gas Smell Related)

Hey, when I put gas in my car, I can smell gas on the inside for a while, even with the AC off, any ideas, and could that cause my miliage to go down?

Is it the Mazda?
Pull the back seat bottom and check the sender access plate. I think there is 2 release tabs. One on each side just behind where your calf would be while seated. Lift the front and pull the cushion out. The sender cover plate is held with 3 screws and will be obvious.
