HELP WITH MY DOOR LOCKS!!

SO MY POWERED DOOR LOCKS ON MY 96 S10 WENT CRAZY..THEY UNLOCK FROM BOTH DOOR SWITCES AND FROM MY ALARM...WHICH IS THE WAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE...BUT THEY WONT LOCK BY THE SWITCHES OR WHEN I SET MY ALARM..SO I HAVE TO LOCK UP MY TRUCK MANUALLY....ANY SUGGESTIONS?? THANKS GUYS

Off of the top of my head it sounds like a relay. I believe it is in the fuse box under the hood. I don't know what kind of alarm you have or how it might have changed the stock system. It might be worth looking there too.
